bring unique bacteria to the gut.

these bacteria are responsible for our happiness.

so much so that they say you can take good bacteria from one person and out it in an unhealthy one.

 Crazy!

these bacteria help break down food particles.

unbroken particles can get lodged in the gut lining and cause inflammation.

your immune system attacks these lodged particles and creates inflammation.

this can have many effects on people.

none of them good.
